As we all know change is the hardest thing to over come. We have every intention to begin an exercise program, start eating better or even seek out a health care practitioner to fix your aches and pains. However, we find that making this change becomes too difficult to keep up and we find it easier to quit.
When it comes to “fixing” pain in your body I will take the time to explain the possible causes and together we will find the solutions to a healthier, pain-free body.

Muscles, ligaments and joints are all affected by the stresses of daily activities and the natural aging process. Massage Therapy is an active hands on approach that keeps these muscles and joints pliable and flexible, therefore limiting muscle and joint dysfunction.
As set by the CMTO Standards of Practice, my goal is to provide you with pain relief. After a thorough examination we will come up with a treatment plan that will provide you the relief you are seeking in an appropriate time frame.
You will need to be consistent with continued treatment and follow specific home care exercises that allow for the proper healing and best results.
